My 73 year old sister has been diagnosed with Dementia with Lewy Bodies. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Not sure that I can help, but my wife of 72 years has also been diagnosed as dementia with possible Lewy Body. I am reading a book called “ A Caregivers Guide to Lewy Body Dementia” which is a good introduction.
My problem is that in 2013 my wife was diagnosed with a delusional disorder which is now accentuated by her dementia. This gives the impression that it is Lewy Body, because she has delusions and hallucinations, but she does not have Parkinson type problems that are typical of Lewy Body.
My understanding is that most dementia patients do not have one type of dementia, but a mixture.
Happy to correspond to see if we have similar problems which may have similar solutions.
