In the interest of practicing what I preach, I'll go first.

Despite having a number of 5's in the Urge column of my DBT diary card, I haven't cut or OD'd in a while. I don't know how long it has been because I only focus on one day at a time. I just know that it must be a while now as my GP was tempted to extend my medication allotment* (I'm presently on 1-week scripts) and I now feel comfortable enough to start carrying a knife around at work without (too much) fear of using it for the wrong reason.

Of course, there's always some concern but I'm working on controlling that.

*She isn't extending it right now because there is a family situation and she is afraid that I'll relapse. Otherwise, she said she would have. I was so close to getting off these one-week renewals, too!!!

I'm happy for you Casper! Good work!

I have a small achievement.
I went to the store, I bought food, I actually made the food and ate it. This can seem simple but for me it's huge! I haven't been able to cook and eat proper for nearly 2months! I have no idea how this happend but i'm happy.

That's awesome Casper! I can't imagine how annoying weekly refills must be. I have way too many meds for that, I'd be at the pharmacy every day.

Frostbite I don't think any of that was easy. I still can't go to the store by myself, so from my perspective that's huge!

Lemme see. Haven't cut since Nov and haven't burned since late Dec. I go through a period of si behavior every winter, but this year there was less of it than previously, so progress. :) Also got the taxes and some other financial stuff taken care of. Taxes this year were a complicated mess and I kept procrastinating, but I finally did it.
