I had started to practise a Being present exercise daily for my dissociative symptoms.This thing works like wonder and in the book it says the first step is learning to present.And everydayI try it.Each day I am getting more awareness about internal experiances and also I can sense some of my Feelings that belong to some go my parts.And that was a good feeling like a torch light was placed inside my mind.even though most of the room is dark i was able to find some spots of i concentrate.

Have you tried the grounding technique? It's also an effective technique.
