Learning to be present

Postby bellic007 » Sat Jan 23, 2021 9:09 am

I had started to practise a Being present exercise daily for my dissociative symptoms. This thing works like wonder and in the book it says the first step is learning to present. And everydayI try it.Each day I am getting more awareness about internal experiances and also I can sense some of my Feelings that belong to some go my parts. And that was a good feeling like a torch light was placed inside my mind.even though most of the room is dark i was able to find some spots of i concentrate.
