Wondering what can help when feeling nervous or panicked

Some days I just get stressed out and even when I'm trying to remain calm I start trembling. I didn't even notice it was a thing I do but apparently its pretty noticeable to others that I'm shakey. Any idea how to fix it? I'll try to stay still but can't seem to.

You could try alternate nostile breathing. Deep breathing is good too but I find it a bit harder. It took work for me to "feel" the breath in my body with deep breathing. Alternate nostril breathing works for me quickly. You'll have to excuse youself yo the restroom though because it looks sooooo......weird!!!

I’m shakey too. I heard a group at the table next to me at a restaurant mention it recently. I think it was just a simple observation that I hate being reminded. I’m often asked to stop shaking the whole car. I ordered two beers at a bar and shook out at least half of it walking 10 feet to our table. Makes it hard. Don’t know how to stay at rest. Being nervous. Just think of something funny.

I'm not a professional, but I looked on the Internet at why dogs tremble. Don't laugh please! Except fear and cold they get it from viruses and parasites. I would not rule out such versions for people.
