Coping Strategies for Schizoaffective Bipolar and Schizophre

I struggle with social withdrawal, affective blunting, and poor hygiene (negative symptoms ), mild paranoia, and religious delusions of reference, (positive symptoms). My mood symptoms are under control and have been for many, many years.
I take three different atypical antipsychotics and one SSRI antidepressant to treat my schizoaffective bipolar.
I have many coping strategies that I have developed on my own, that work in keeping me as well as I can be and happy. They are as follows:

Love God with all my heart and soul.
Mindfulness Meditation twice daily
Exercise everyday
Engage in creative activity everyday
Read everyday
8- 9 hours of sleep a night
Healthy diet
Pet ownership
Fish oil capsules

How do you sleep regularly?

I have one. Ask your psychiatrist, of course. He has me taking Complex-B vitamins. (Bipolar 1here).

He said it can enhance mood. It works for me! I hate taking vitamins, too. Big and stinky. But this one is worth it!
