I figured it out

You can't worry about hurting other people through arguing or acting like other people don't want you to act. I know it feels bad, but that's what you have to do, at least for now. I would tell people. I would even tell people that I can't worry about any problems that might develop in you, because as funny as it sounds, you are probably the only one having this problem. By the way, I've been suffering with this problem for some time. My feet don't land right some time. When I say I can't worry about others, the problem goes away. Yeah it's tough knowing that things are not like they normally are, but they should improve over time.

You made a similar post about this about a week ago I think, and you are right again. We don't have time to be worrying about everyone who has a problem. If we do that, then we neglect ourselves and end-up worse than the people we aim to help.
