Conversion Attacks went away but something worse remains

Postby One2BuckledShoes » Sun Nov 15, 2015 11:39 pm

I was diagnosed with conversion disorder in 2013. My symptoms were stroke like and mostly effected the right side of my body. I can't even describe the pain. Now i'm no longer having attacks because I have people. Theory presented by my psych squad: conversion pain got so bad that I split. So now i'm DID? Well this got interesting the last time I had something medically wrong with me. I didn't want to say that I had people but I had to say something because they were about to put me under. So, I've decided to say conversion disorder manifesting as DID. I can't even decide which was worse. The pain was unbearable but having DID is like missing chunks of my life and neither of the disorders are really believed among polite society. Is there anyone else out there going through the same manifestation?

when you say 'I have people' what do you mean exactly? You created characters/persona's who you live as?
