Lately it's occured to me when observing some discomforting person or situation that as they say it's not the person or the event but it's my attitude or my false belief that it can hurt me for the most part. Then I seem to start thinking of why I still need to be afraid of the thing anyway but then I say to myself 'BUT...it still comes back to the solid fact that the thing I fear can't really hurt me and it's only in my thinking so I need to stop acting afraid.' I guess you can't win. You have to face the truth. LOL!

Hi!
keep fighting it back! or change for a positive thought that will make you smile... don't loose this battle, because our mind gets reinforcement every time that we give ground to negative thoughts.
and before we know, the positive thought will become a habit..and the fight will barely be perceived.
