So glad I found this forum. Took a lot of looking. I read Guide to Rational Living by Ellis when it first came out. How long ago was that? Sometimes when I'm pondering some bothersome fear object in my existance and how to deal with it using RET I start to think 'well if so much of what we think and feel is aquired habitual faulty thinking then what are we really?' I gets interesting. I've had a huge problem with social phobia during my earlier years and still at work(I work around a lot of people) I look at my thoughts and see a lot of work to be done and a lot of reasons to feel good about the future in my social life and everywhere actually.
