Why do you want to be vegetarian in the first place? The things that you should not it are simply meat-products. This includes sausages, burgers, chicken, turkey, ham, etc. If you were to become 'vegan', then you would not eat anything derived from an animal, including eggs (however, vegetarians still eat eggs), and products with gelatine in it (eg jelly sweets).

When I was a kid, I was addicted to a cup noodle. The taste is very stimulating and it is very easy for young people to get addicted to it. I think a cup noodle is food for emergency.

When there was an earthquake in Kobe, cup noodles were very helpful. The houses were destroyed, so there was no facility for cooking for survivors. Some convenient store donated a lot of cup noodles to survivors.

However, junk and fast food is worse in terms of health than veges and fruits.

I think I should keep one cup noodle for emergency in my kitchen. In case of earthquake or flood, I can bring them and run away.
