I told some of my family today about how bad things have been. My mum was really supportive in her own way. She said she's not giving me any food anymore lol. She means we'll.
I had my last counselling session today and we talked about my eating and she wants me to realise how dangerous it actually is. I think because I've dealt with it for so long it kinda goes over my head. But it is dangerous! I'm going to make a gp appointment for bloods tomorrow and anything else they think I need.

Today has been pretty good. So far no purging or lax so I'm going to bed soon to make sure it stays that way

Good to hear! I can't think of any good reason to do/use those things.
