Prescribed Quietapine/Seroquel for paranoia

Hey all. I was prescribed 25mg Quietapine brand name Seroquel for paranoia, I've taken it on and off and it just makes me feel drowsy and like a zombie with no real changes in the paranoia, I don't get any delusional thoughts so to speak just paranoia. Do I really need this heavy duty anti-psychotic tranquilizer or should I stay away?

Have you actually tried taking it consistently? The sooner you have early intervention for psychotic symptoms, the better the outcome will be.
