Hi, Justin! Have you talked to your doctor? There might be meds you could take (or nose drops maybe) or you could even have an operation. How are you?

Well there are no professionals here (mental health or otherwise), so you should ask your doc about what you can do. But I bet stress can really add to this.

One thing that people need to understand about snoring, is that the cause of it differs from person to person. Without knowing your specific cause, it's hard to find the best snoring solution for you. The reason for your snoring might be as simple as sleeping on your back, or it could be related to certain things in your diet and lifestyle. It could also be because your throat muscles are too relaxed when you sleep, or you're possibly an open-mouth breather when you sleep. There are even more causes or reasons than these!

*mod edit* You might want to see a doctor or a specialist to help you with this analysis, but be aware to not just think you need a CPAP or any expensive surgeries. There are a multitude of affordable options available out there for you.

Good luck!
