I recommend you to sleep to relaxing music. Works wonders for me. Try stuff like
1. Reiki music playlists -youtube has a great collections
2.Yoga Nidra tapes- again youtube rocks
3. Try out Songza, it has custom made playlists for specific occassions, works fine.

Most sleep disorders are psychological, meaning the mind is getting carried away. I would try using EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique may help you to get your thoughts under control. Google EFT for sleep on Google. I like Brad Yates personally.
