I just had a question for you guys. Do you ever feel like when you get in a fight with one person, multiple people get involved to gang up on you? I don’t know if this is like a “me against the world” mentality but I always feel like when I fall out with one person, I start falling out with everyone and they all turn against me so I have to fight everyone off myself... this has always made me feel like worse of a person.

most people are conformist. they like to feel like they 'belong' to a group. it makes them feel less lonely. plus being in a group, a person can indulge in their vices without much guilt as there are people with whom they can share their beliefs to feel good about themselves.

like when a group of bullies gang up on a kid.

i mostly avoid people and confrontations. people gang up on the one person so they can later talk about that incident. just so they have something to talk about.
