This Wednesday I will be on week 6 of 52, so far I think it is good, the teachers are nice and understanding and there is only 10 of us and although we all have our own reasons for being there it is the only place I currently feel I don’t have to hide how I feel or what my thoughts are as we all just get it.

I have been in a few situations so far where I have found the problem solving and check the facts to be helpful.

Random questions:

Is DBT really that different from 6 years ago?

Is it really being used to help other conditions, such as anxiety and depression, bipolar, as well as borderline or emotionally unstable pd?

In theory, it would be beneficial for a lot of conditions. But in practice, in Germany, insurance will only really pay for Borderline and i guess emotionally unstable PD, so it will also only be used for that.

I will be going to a DBT stationary therapy in a few months, it is a station for all PDs. So i guess DBT is also used for other personality disorders.
Dx: Bipolar 2. BDP+HPD. Pathological Gaming.

It takes a long time for a tree to grow.
