I had that dream again where I’m moving out of my apartment & discarding most of my things. It’s day 9 of my cycle.

Blog Subject:  Exercise lowers stress levels.

Exercise can benefit cognition by increasing levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, a protein that supports the growth of new brain cells.

I’m waking angry these days, but this morning I rode my bike up a hill behind where I live right after the caffeine from my cup of coffee kicked in, & I feel a positive difference.

Before doing that, I also used the aims app for anger management first thing. That has also proven helpful to me.

Some cats really enjoy meditating. Cats & other creatures are very spiritual beings. The natural world is a powerful place. Keep a notebook handy in case you get a thought you want to remember.
