Blog Subject: | Exercise lowers stress levels. |
Exercise can benefit cognition by increasing levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, a protein that supports the growth of new brain cells. I’m waking angry these days, but this morning I rode my bike up a hill behind where I live right after the caffeine from my cup of coffee kicked in, & I feel a positive difference. Before doing that, I also used the aims app for anger management first thing. That has also proven helpful to me. |
