Woke up way too early. 4 am. I haven't been sleeping good. I will take something to help me, if I have to. My doctor prescribes something to help me. I am hired at a new job that is perfect hours for me and my bipolar. I finally get a break in that. It was a long and hard road getting here. I worked for over a year in retail. It's so stressful in that environment. Dealing with tough deadlines and dealing with all kinds of rude customers who push your buttons at times. But it helped pay the bills. *sigh* Thanks be to God. It's October 2nd. Can you believe it! ![]() |

I can't believe it's October, no! How are the hours better for your bipolar? Is it a medication thing, or do you find the time of day affects your mood? Or is it that it's going to be a regular routine and not changing? |

Yes, the hours are more steady type of hours, get up at a certain time, go to bed at the same time, every night. Exactly, regular routine! The lack of sleep I sometimes have with working different shifts especially working so late, affects me sometimes, I work very hard to keep stable. |
