Exercise has helped with it's endorphins, I thinkby quietgirl2538 on Mon Apr 04, 2016 11:34 pm In truth, exercise has helped me feel better, even if just temporarily, from a slight depression. It is indeed hard for me to keep doing it everyday but I manage to push past my fear and negativity that I have, and I make myself show up.
