Blog Subject:  Sleep and wake cycle noodle diet idea

Each morning.
So just 1 small square of egg noodles, mushroom, cabbage, white beans, broccoli, 1 scrambled egg.
Then small bowl of salad leaf with a bit of meat not a lot and coconut seseame seed and apple cider vinegar dressing.
Then a small serving of mixed nuts goji berries and cacao nibs.
Then half an hour later a fruit and a cup of silver needle tea.
This will help with lipids neutriants and mood.

Lunch time..
Slowly sip a nice sized flask of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Eat a fruit
This will aid digestion.

Tea time
A small square of egg noodles with some mushrooms and mixed veg.
All mixed in a dense herb and spice syrup.
And a glass of chocolate milk shake.
This will help line and bulk the gut with nutrients gaba and plant adaptigens for the biology to work with in the night.
Well it's a natural approach to fighting fatigue ,remaining rested and calm and for improving mood.
