Samsung seem to be happy with using nano sheets instead of nanotubes in their MBCFET devices. I calculate on the super computer list by 2025 you could be down as low as 5 Mega Watts to the DP ExaFlop. It seems though the industry is not sure about going much further beyond 3nm. |
