Blog Subject: | visualizing walking round a super cube. |
picture an arc that bends into a circle at the top of the arc Imagine this arc is connected to a straight line at the bottom of the arc. This bottom is where your 2d bug is standing on the edge looking over 90 degrees at an arch stretching outwards round to a circle not going inwards and round like the one it's standing on as the bug flips round 90 degrees to the other side the curves swap form. If the bug move away a bit from the side more faces come slightly into view and out of view by the time the bug reaches the centre. From the centre view the bug is on the circle bottom divided by a border from the outer circle a border who's perspective is yet another super cubic function. |
