So you dramatically reduce the frequency dynamic of each block your encoding and with a little extra data which can work across blocks AI mimics the missing frequency data. If you were to render a scaled down frequency dynamic of a 3D image then upscale how low might Limbo 3D go. Might it all be one limbo codec for all machines capable of working as a full range media codec for Animated Images, streamed games, video ect. |
