So much effort is spend on trying to evolve a computer like a brain. However the Turing landscape and the earthly landscape are different. For earthly things a neural system is effective however for exploring the universe of algorithms should not an algorithm poly-morph and learn to evolve in Turing compute space without being based on the nature of this world. |
