By making use of multi layering on a circuit triangular curve lanes and using incircling as to get optimal positioning(so from many small circle bound measurements and much gaging heat and flow can be accounted for). 3d on very tiny circuits which layer better without over heating and making efficient use of layout and positioning to make the thing less buggy could help further Morse law a bit. Thermo optic pins would make optimal use of 3d unlike most chips which are too big to market at that level quite as soon. |
