Phone Ram modules with 2 types a ddr ram in them say 256MB of very low watt low performance ram and 1 GB of more standard performance RAM. The emmc flash storage should have say 2GB of optimised slc flash set aside exclusively for extended ram use. This would extend the abilities of a 1 GB phone coupled with a low watt screen and high capacity battery this phone could be longer lasting and more watt efficient. So yes 2 forms of big little memory technology. |
