Blog Subject: | Lining mental health law with the bill of rights. |
In the bill of rights it states civil courts not church courts. This could be interpreted as no institution should be able to over rule the will of the people when dealing with due process. One way mental health law could comply with this is for a tribunal to be decided by 2 applicable mental health workers one of which being more independent and 2 laymen. Accepting inconclusive results more allows us to work better with the community. |
