Legal presidence needs to be set and people need to make the most of their identity not just give in to identity criminals, identity abuse and the machine over more creative human driven good artistic representation of your identity. If your identity is used things should go your way with that not someone else's unless you agree or want that. Satire and cartooning would have to have a good degree of exemption though but not directly copying someones face. In direct artistic yes definitely. |
