This is one of the lowest I have ever felt. I am so sad I can't even cry. I am on tons of medication. I guess its keeping me alive right now. I am just sad. I don't even know why I am sad.

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling so low... Take care of yourself by doing something nice for yourself like relaxing in a bath with some essential oils, going for a walk in a nice park or curling up under a blanket with a good book... |
