Blog Subject:  Asleep

I'm going slightly insane from not being able to _do_anything. The only two activities I have been able to stand the last week are quickly becoming a chore. When they go away the only tolerable things left will be staring at the wall and sleeping. I already sleep too much.

How do you wake up? Make things enjoyable again? There is nothing left.

First time I noticed these blogs. This is actually a great idea imo.

I'm sorry you're having an ineffective time. Happens to me also all too often aswell; think a lot of us have this problem. Do you have low blood pressure too? The combination is overkill.
If it gets especially bad I take things like etilefrine (an antihypotensive, works like adrenalin,really helps, over ~4 hours,also available in drops, 2/3 dose usually enough for me, shouldn't use it long-term or with heart condition) for a few days and try to quickly find a way to motivate me and do things like starting to do sports regulary again.

Vitamins may help, too. At the very least D3 is worth checking out.

I think the blogs are great. I can rant without bothering anyone not interested, and my proper journal is not filled with all this whining.

I don't think I have low blood pressure; one good thing, then.

I might try that, because this is becoming intolerable. Thanks for the tip.
