Trauma; I suffer from massive trauma that completely shut me down from being aware of anything in the outside world! . Im now attempting to get over trauma! its an up hill battle; matters not! Im getting better! . The goal is to slowly face the trauma pain in the core of self! its happening; everything is numb; then its completely dissociation! . So, I have a goal; to get better! |
