Im learning how to stay positive; its quit interesting; First, I've studied success based thinking; going from the poverty mind to the millionaires mind! Within in it, Im using techniques Ive matured to use. I pick 5 things I like surrounding me; For example; if Im in a room; I will pick 5 things I like and tell myself why! After months of practicing this; it starts having its effect; I begin to notice a kind of addition to feeling good from finding 5 things I like in my general area of living; things I can see and feel and taste!
Pick 5 things of abundance. This means; pick 5 things in my present reality that I can see that are in quantity; for example; I look outside and I see many trees; and then I describe why I like them! I see the color green; and why I like it! I see roofs; lots of them; an abundance of them; and I describe why I like it! I see blue sky; lots of it and why I like it! And this goes on through the day!

The effect of positive thinking!
When I wake up in the morning; I say to myself; " self"; what would you like to do today that makes you feel good! And Im learning something; Im starting to pick only those things that make me feel good; and forget anything else; forget the rest!

I might pick art; making art; and decide; Im going to make even more art with deeper and more elaborate ideas; and its ok; I haves permission to do art because Im simply looking for things or feeling things that make me feel good; that is my only journey!

I go for a bike ride because it makes me feel good!
I play disk golf because it makes me feel good! and so on!

The goal; at some point; my only interest for the day is to pick things that make me feel good; Im in training to learn how! and its working; after several months I began to feel a personal power and safety in my life I did not have before; and its all good training for faith and for my manifestations and goals!
