Rebuilding my childhood consists of new experiences; for this to happen; I must be in place; or inline and ready as a new child; for this to happen; I have much to face about my childhood; I must see it for what it was; a nightmare and great disaster. It is not " me" that must see these things; the child in me must see these things! If the child in me is face at once, to see all disaster realities of my childhood; this child will be ripped to pieces. So; being re-traumatized is not the goal.
.
The work is doing the experiences to prepare me to go back into childhood and feel safe in that place; this will require must rebuilding. My childhood was aggressively destroyed when young; this causes much weakness and dissociation; this area of damage must be repaired; and thus; this specific is the work I have before me.
.
The goal is maturity to understand that I need strength going back in time to face the process of moving forward into my past and strengthening my past child. This child must grow up; for this to happen will require this child to be rebuilt through experiences or exercises to strengthen him for the next level of development for his child life; this is important because later level childhood life will be faced with new objectives; things not faceable as a smaller child; in a sense; the child needs to be developed at a smaller age in order to be prepared for a later childhood age; to survive it.
