The goal is to change my thinking to only what I want; nothing more; a machine that goes after only what I want; nothing more. Meaning, all drama and trauma thoughts are bi-passed; only what I want; that is all that counts. A pure thought of what I want; nothing more; like a machine; clear and precise; that is the training I'm looking for.

I have a lot of work to do in order to focus and concentrate on only what I want.

Its up to me; its hard work; I get what I think about; and I think about allot of PTSD problems. And I don't want to focus on that. Its about training my mind to focus only on what I want and nothing else. And that is the work Im doing.

The problem is; I get hit with different time periods; one after the other of PTSD. and Im working on not focusing on that but bi-passing that.

This might take extraordinary loads of work; thats OK.
