Ive been watching a dating coach that makes sense to me; He is teaching the idea of tension between men and women when up close! So; Im learning from the vids, what it looks like when this coach is in front of a women, looking at her in the eyes, holding her hands! He teaches how to relax! He teaches how to relax and concentrate on the women by looking in her eyes; getting vulnerable while looking in her eyes; and telling her how I feel! . Ive been practicing! and I have a women I practice this with! She allows me to practice on her! ITs quit interesting to get vulnerable with a women while up close in her eyes! its working; its fxxxxxxg scary! . CPTSD; this is hard; Im coming from dissociative disorder CPTSD; Im coming back to some forms of reality! Ive got long term PTSD that is causing allot of problems; its my childhood that is being lived out from 1970! The child in me stays at this time period! never leaves! The Ptsd has a hold on me in this area and I dissociate! I need self back into the present so I can live my life! This is where the work is; to stay present! |
