Im learning how to accept myself emotionally! Negative feelings trigger negative thoughts!

I would like a girlfriend; I dont feel good enough! and allot more negatives! I have to get over these negative feelings! Im resisting these feelings; I have to accept my feelings and not attack myself with them and judge myself with them; just feel them; and dont listen to them when their triggering; and feel the feelings of these feelings and let them out! I dont have to be different!

I have to be myself; and that scares me; and I have to learn to accept myself and feel these feelings of scare. I have to feel my feelings and like myself; I already like myself; I dont feel safe where Im at and I have to feel those feelings of un safety!

I have to feel the horrible shame I feel from my past; feel the feelings of shame! I would like to handle my own feelings!

I have to make peace with what I dont like. Its Ok to experience something I dont want to experience!

I must like this thing I dont like? I dont have to like it or dont want it; I have to experience the feelings of this! I might think Im going to push this thing away! or I have to push it away; I dont!

Its Ok that I dont like it that Im frustrated and confused and afraid and angry and things are not going the way I want it to go; accept it as it is!
