I have been having weird bouts of hypochondria. I think I have cancer. I might have a tumor. I have pain in my shoulder, and I have no idea why. Anybody have a clue as to why I keep thinking I might be dying? I can't afford a doctor, and, as it turns out, you can't just go to Canada and get a checkup willy-nilly. Anything helps!
