To talk of other things.

So I am going to tell you all about why I am excited today and not moan for once.

I have choir soon - I love choir so much. Atm we are singing 3 new songs - I'll Stand By You, Price Tag and Rolling In The Deep. The harmonies are amazing and I think we are going to sound pretty good singing them when we are done If you want to get an idea of the harmonies check out PS2 Chorus on youtube - they are this amazing little people choir full of 10 year olds who sing better than most adult choirs I have come across.

What else is there? Well my meeting with my support worker went better than I thought it would and whilst I am still a bit iffy about it I think that overall it should hopefully be a good thing. She was not at all carer like which was what I was really worried about and she seemed to push me quite hard - which is also what I want. So hopefully it will go OK and she will be a good influence in my life.

So time to get ready for choir and off I go to be a choral angel again

I have now been phoned by 3 locum agencies asking me to work for them and mispronouncing my surname too. I swear if I have to tell one more agency that I am off work on long term sick and dont know when I will be back they will be looking for locums for the locum agency staff

It is like they can sense I am a little bit wobbly atm so are calling on purpose to rub in the fact that I cant work. "Hello Dr - would you like a nice 3 month gas job, no? You cant? Because you're mad? Ok, bye..."

I hate them, I hate their staff, I hate people who are keeping me off work, I really hate the GMC, I hate anyone who tries to push me into a sick role I dont want to occupy etc.

On other news I am meeting my support worker on Monday - meh

Well not discovered it as I knew what it was but signed up for it and already made 2 tweets - I have a feeling it is going to be both fun and addictive.

The only thing is I am not sure what I am meant to tweet about - I mean I tweeted about the cost of cans of tomatoes whilst everyone else is talking about the England football manager or Syria. Perhaps I need to revise my content of tweets in order to get more followers (sounds a bit culty that). But to me the cost of tomatoes is very important

I already have one follower - OK it might be a bit weird because she says she is going to have sex on the moon but she is a follower and I will be able to try out the retweet function on her lol.

And I am following Stephen Fry amongst others

I am having a bit of a tough time just now - which is why I am not in bed - thinking too much.

I have had some really bad family news - I wont go into it but it has had a profound effect on me. And I think it is going to take some getting used to - so I am trying to adjust to that.

I saw an assesor yesterday for getting a support worker and they were trying their hardest to push me into the sick role - a place I fight hard not to be. I felt like a failure for needing a support worker and that I should be able to manage on my own. It is sitting there like a lump of dread atm.

Today 2 locum agencies phoned me and one had a 3 month anaesthetic job going that I of course had to turn down because of not being allowed to work and all the GMC stuff - but it sucks that I had to turn it down and it really upset me.

I dont think I am dipping I just have a lot of crap on atm.
