We cleaned out the store room. I was out of the office for awhile so the idiots couldn't bother me. So, I'm tired but okay at the moment. |

I thought that I was fine. I took the trileptal like I was supposed to and three melatonin. I also found a klonapin and took it. I was leery about some folks on the elevator this morning, and I almost didn't get on. I have an issue about men on the elevator because of college experiences of younger men being ugly towards me the nerd. The security guard asked me if I was okay. This triggered that paranoid response about being pathalogical. I just don't know. |

Seriously, nutrition is highly important. I do go over to the psychiatric survivor forums and I do think that Big Pharma plays a game with people, but I also think that the medical model is correct that people do have chemical imbalances of the brain and also structural problems. So.........the question then becomes, if you have the borderline and meds only take part of the problem........I'd think that diet would also be key. |

Here we are. It is 3:49 pm. God. I wish that I could leave. It is better than when I was on DS and I would be addicted to those forums and the time would go at a snail's pace. I'm tired. I did some transliteration and that was fun for about an hour and then I went for a walk. Yucky. I'm hungry. |
