I feel relaxed but uncomfortably self-absorbed. ‘Relapsed’ with weed yesterday. Finally ate a decent amount of food, but cbf today. Might play some GTA V.

Today was death by a thousand paper cuts. I'll spare you all the details. I feel rage, I'm feeling destructive and impulsive. Break my phone? Great idea. Eat a few bottles of meds? Why not.

Not a terrible day. Fun at work. Feeling hopeful my mew medication will work. An improvement from when I hurt myself a few days ago.

so glad you're feeling hopeful about the meds Pairou! sorry to hear it's been rough for you.

as for me, I was hallucinating this morning. Seeing Dickensian men dressed in black wearing top hats in the street and in the sky. I think my generic Abilify isn't working...

I've identified some paranoid delusional thinking. I use a hook up app. I swear, every guy I look at has indicated his job as medical professional." This makes me angry. I feel they are doing this to scare me. I have moments of wanting to confront them about it, and moments of knowing I need to step back and relax. This is coincidence. They have not written their profiles to scare me.

It appears that medical professionals are still following me. Or keeping tabs on me. I've collected 9 profiles so far of men that may or may not be sending me signs. 9. In one day. I'm worried that I'm either paranoid, or this is meaningful and something is being orchestrated. I don't like either option.

Thanks QG. I think I'm doing better. I did just now wake from an unsettling dream. I was hiding in a cluttered basement uncovering a conspiracy of people who were exposing my history of hospitalizations. Very similar to the contents of my earlier paranoia. My brain is wack yo.

I restarted psych meds last night. All sorts of new stuff that I've been on before (Zyprexa, Trileptal, and Remeron). I slept good and my energy is a good level. I still think the pharmacy I used to go to is trying to screw with me chemically. I'm obsessed with being poisoned (and polar bears). The paranoia has been going on for at least a month, and it was just getting worse and worse. Today I still won't eat solid foods or drinks that aren't in a sealed bottle, and I refuse to go back to the pharmacy I was going to before, but thankfully there's other ones.

And it looked a helluva lot like my own

I'm well I guess. I don't really feel high or low, just damned tired! I don't know if it's the Seroquel or not, but I am so, so tired. I told my psychiatrist and he kinda shrugged it off last month's visit. I have no idea why these stupid doctors don't listen to their patients. Ugh. Okay, I am irritable today too, lol.
