Had a good day. Shaved and mowed the lawn and ate pretty well. Been a tougher week than normal processing that I have this, but seems to have passed now. Currently watching Crazy Rich Asians - it's a wild life - and smoking the last of my weed before attempting another quit tomorrow. Haven't been smoking as much and have been relatively stable given the length of the relapse so far, so not fussing much over anything. Current meds are helping with sleep and have managed to stay in decent shape thanks to work and the occasional gym session. Played with the idea of using detox again, but there's not the urgency there this time around, so will give this home detox a crack first. Mood is stable today - it turns out eating helps - so may as well give the old willpower a chance - never had a problem doing it this way up until a couple of years ago.

Doing ok... slowly getting better from depression I think. I'm getting out of the house and working in an office for the first time since early June. That's a lot of time off for me and I think I'm benefitting from the structure of it. But it's seriously all I can do... I am soooo wiped out after coming home.

I don't have a car and live in a city now where that's totally necessary. I feel embarrassed pulling up to the office and people witnessing that I am getting a ride everyday. They're judging me.

I still feel depressed a bit though. Starting a lithium increase this week and hoping that helps me out.

Good week. Haven't quit smoking altogether, but managed to limit to just of a night most days.

Is there a bipolar specific term for the inbetween of mania and depression? Stable doesn't seem to cut it. Why not make it classical? lol

"I'm in a classical mood today."

as if that won't catch on

What up mis amigos locos? Long time no chat!
I've been paying to be electrocuted so I stop hearing voices and wanting to die (ECT). Right now I feel hopeless and incompetent, but what else is new? I took a college philosophy course and regret it because that's just another waste of money. Everything's a waste. I'm angry because Clozaril is making me fat, and I have about five articles of clothing that fit properly now. I'm so fidgety I can't do anything! Gahhhhhh!

Seconding the term "classical" for not manic or depressed

So finally went complete cold turkey and haven’t slept in 27 hours, mind is gaining some very counter-sleep-productive momentum.

It’s presently hypomania with enough tiredness to stabalise things in a kind of wobbly cognitive jelly. Mostly just feel wide awake, and moving physical objects around seems incredibly slow and cumbersome, which I guess means things are speeding up more than they should be. Taking another day off work me thinks.

Something like 50 hours now.

I feel half stoned, probably not lng from visual distortions, but nil hypomania for hours. My head feels like a smashed watermelon that’s been put back together with chewing gum.

Feeling happy and stable. Usually stable doesn't always mean happy, but for today I am happy...

We should get a petition going.

It's surprising this forum isn't used more - are their bigger bipolar sites out there or something?

Feeling good today, but the body is feeling the effects of deprivation.

There are a huge amount of readers. For whatever reasons, they don't post. Doesn't mean that they aren't benefiting from what is shared here. Perhaps they make become members and will want to post later, but the forum is here for anyone.

Feeling physically tired, but mentally stable.
