For a few months earlier this year I was convinced that I was pregnant even though I did several pregnancy tests including blood tests. Even though the odds of me being pregnant was incredibly small considering contraceptives and time of 'conception' in relation to my cycle, I was still terrified that I might be pregnant. This was during a time that I skipped my period for a few months which is not uncommon with women who had an iud implant like me, so I am not sure whether this was a rational fear or a delusion that I need to inform my psychiatrist about. I've been in remission for 5 years and I don't want to mess with my meds over a 'pregnancy scare'. Honest opinions?

A pregnancy scare is real no matter what. I would still definitely tell your pdoc about it. Just helps you to talk to someone who understands you and wants you to be on meds and be stable.
