A new way to really crank up the show...

Postby skilsaw » Wed Nov 28, 2018 4:14 pm

WARNING: The following note is not real. If you read it, you imagined the whole thing. This never happened and if it did, there would be hell to pay.

Let's turn this into an online hook up site.
When we are manic, we get together in a convenient place with others who are manic and let it all out. When I think of the havoc I create, just think of the havoc two of us could create if we really let loose. What about a Manic Meet-Up group ripping the roof off a local coffee shop?

Or may be could all go to a monster truck rally and steal the trucks. We could either stay in the stadium and have a demolition derby right there or we could break out and drive downtown in rush hour, just crushing anything that gets in our way!

After they talk us down and gently escort us back home, Hollywood would come running because of the blockbuster potential for a Big Budget Picture about our escapades.

Or it could become a series on NetFlix with a new episode every week of who met whom where and what the did to wreck havoc.

What's your manic fantasy?

I just took my meds and I think I'm going back to bed now.
Sleep well.

Strong ideas. There’s an old precedent you may not be familiar with: NASA, which keeps a record of a similar mania hook-up that occured back in ‘64 in small-town Kentucky. Here they can be seen tracing the first date and consummation of ‘Daphne’ and ‘Robert’:

Totally cool and awesome. We are vibrating on the same frequency and our energies are coalescing nicely. This could become the start of something good for the star cluster we inhabit.

How about having a Naked Mall Santa?
I'll do it if a couple of you elves will do it with me. Moms and kids can pose with us for pictures. Clothing optional. We can have our own Facebook Page and post videos on Vimeo. Of course all material will follow the social media guidelines of appropriateness.

We can tell the kids that Natural is Beautiful and that by leaving the trappings of the Free Enterprise Industrial Complex behind world peace will be achieved sooner.

I like the idea of Performance Art. A couple of years ago a Spanish Guy used stolen consecrated communion wafers to spell "Pederasty" on the pavement in front of a Catholic Cathedral. Then to make sure it got on the evening news, he took his clothes off.

Of course there was a huge scream of protest.
My question and the question of the performance artist is:
"What is the greater crime: Un-punished pederasty by catholic priests, or spreading stolen biscuits on the ground?"

Come on guys,
This is the Bipolar Forum.
We are allowed to have crazy impulses.
It just isn't smart to do them all... some maybe, but not all.

If the impulse causes blindness, then maybe just do it until you need glasses.

Show me your crazy side. Tell your stories. Share the best and worst impulses. The ones you resisted are perhaps the craziest. What happened when you let one rip?

I once gave $450 to an acquaintance. Her name was Susanna. I didn't know her last name, her address or phone number. Her story was compelling. I thought I was saving the world, one person at a time.

Sometimes I think I'm a robot and I try to fix myself only I use harmful methods and it doesn't end well but my wife usually talks me down by getting me to take a nap.

when I'm feeling a manic rage, like right now, I want to destroy things and myself. Instead I do push-ups.

@Son, hoping you feel much better. I've had a couple of rough days too and it's hard.
