Yes, too strict perhaps during the day, and then at nighttime the opposite *sigh*. Sometimes I feel like giving up and when I did that in the past, it simply meant eating too much and the wrong things without control at all.
Great that reading has been helping you! ...what has helped me at times was, when I was physically fit, to go dancing, or work out.
I find that I still, after many years, therapy and what not, don't really understand what is going on. I think that if I knew, I could combat it better, is it hormonal, is it psychological, is there something physically wrong ....
There was a thread here with a guy coming up with a logical approach, a spreadsheet, I am sure you know the one I am referring to. The idea of identifying triggers and minimizing them. I thought about triggers, and well, just about anything is a 'trigger'. Doh!
