I really don't see how relaxing on the beach is specifically something people without ADHD do. It seems completely irrelevant to me?

Yes I felt the negative, cold and cruel stereotypes of adhd from being able to sit still to being compared to other people by my parents and family and it really hurt but after a while but i ignored it and grew thicker skin.
