fukin epiphany - i want to matter.

check it out.

tonight i thought about my relationships, what my ex's were most hurt by, what I was hurt by, why they got mad at me, why I got mad at them, etc.

it all came down to this question: why do i fuk w people who i never really liked from the start, and treated bad? I mean yeah, I liked them eventually. but here's the kicker: WHY?

because I like the attention.

now, why do I like attention? because when I don't have it, I function perfectly fine. in fact often times I am very quiet etc.

because I want to matter.

I want to INFLUENCE people.

I hear person (the member on psychforums) say that everyone ultimately wants to "matter".

that's all thanks for listening even if ur black.

We all want to affect change and influence in our spheres of interest. Why do you think you opt for that particular arena to do it in?

If you want to 'matter' as cannon fodder, be my guest.

p.s. JOPs posts are very honest, to a fault, but I do enjoy reading his posts too.

because I wanted to matter too and not just be an after thought, cluster b because I didn't matter except for what I did for others.
