We'll be in Australia in a couple of week; you can meet her if you like.
I'm not arguing; I'm explaining why I'm right.

You should totally do it Reaper. It would be very impulsive

That's interesting because I was going to say the same to you.

Fuk meeting your wife, I'm not interested in her. I'd be interested in meeting the real you though, but I just can't see that happening. If you are what you say you are and I know I am what I am, meeting each other could prove to be interesting for a brief period of time. Ah, but alas, you claim I'm dull and uninteresting. Trust me, darlin, I'm anything but.

The real kicker is the ones where it's pure curiosity hence the laughter because it's a surprise!
It always starts off just a wonder if.. i wonder.. hmmm I wonder if
I wonder what would happen if......
I wonder what would happen if... I go through maccas drive through in reverse? Oh nothing that bad.. I wonder if I drove all the way home like this? This is much harder than I thought. this is hialrious fun. I wonder just how fast the reverse gear even goes if I redline?

No can't just do this because if everybody did it, it would just be pure chaos.

Oh well. Must adult.

You remind me of a friend I had as a kid. We got stoned on mushrooms, drove to the DIY store, bought some paint and painted his car in the car park.

ZeroZ wrote:I know Impulsivity and recklessness is more pronounced in borderline personality and Bi Polar disorder than in ASPD and psychopathy but there is still a significant element involved.

What has your experiences been, specifically if you can give a real life example of something you did impulsively or recklessly. What you were thinking leading to that decision or what you weren’t thinking. Now the tricky part, hindsight being 20/20 why do you think you did it looking back and what were the consequences if any of the decision?

I can't think of anything I've not already said on here before.

Never really thought of my behaviour as impulsive. I'm more of a mischief maker and a lot if the things I've done have been part of a succession of events where multiple crimes have occurred at the same time.

The only things I can really say are impulsive is when I've just turned round and punched someone in the face by surprise. Not even out of anger.

It's funny how similar a lot of these lists are. I have found myself doing many of the same things. For me I think it comes from my arrogant view that I am exceptional-- i.e. yes, statistically, driving while on every drug imaginable (for me it's been alcohol, LSD, cough syrup, weed, meth and speed) is exceedingly dangerous, at no point does it really feel like I could even conceivably be in danger myself. I'm a good driver. I've never been in an accident. It's never happened to me, how could it possibly happen this time? So far it's worked out quite well.

I guess I'll list a few of the other depraved behaviors I've done.

Launching frogs off in bottle rockets
Pissing on the floor of the hotel room because it's too far to the bathroom
Arriving at my therapist once, and my psychiatrist another time, high as a kite on meth
Driving over 110mph in a minivan-- thrilling!
Repeated petty theft/shoplifting

I'm younger than most of you, so I haven't had as much time to make mistakes!
