one:
They are born with a psychopathy severity level of one.
two:
If they do it on purpose, they will have achieved a psychopathy severity level of two.

1. They are missing the sense smell
2. They are missing the sensation embarrassment

Inability to sweat is likely because they failed to do it on purpose correctly.
The final stage is they no longer play by the rules of fairness, also done on purpose.

My blind guess is it's about the difference in a psychopath's physiological response (as opposed to a neurotypical).

If it is about physiological responses, I get lost here ^

From what I've observed @Slither is always cryptic. Flavor.

So upon making this topic I successfully defined Non criminal psychopathy.

1. Molesting a strawberry plant
2. Autism vaccination
3. Fantasy chestburstee, self
4. Fantasy chestburstee, others

5. Ardat Yakshi (I deciphered an old Asari dialect, see EA games), disown parents, learn that it stops counting as murder after two.

6. Omnivore
7. Omnivore-Carnivore (6 and 7 are a duet, 7 counts as two)
9. Playing with fire
10. Wetting yourself.

I find there are two kinds.

Those who doubt empathy is a real thing.
And then theres the other kind, they are not stupid, so they realize its real.

Your referring to rodents firstly, and survivors secondly.

Rodent and survivor ? Is rodent not trying to survive too ? Just like everybody else ?
Psychopath are the same, but i doubt that there a lot of pure psycho not understanding empathy, they are not asperger..
Plus the "rodent" will do as he please to survive, more than the wolf hidding in he crowd in hope to survive. I think it better to say they deny empathy for they own sanity, acting without even realising. It the bliss of lacking consciousness. They are not dumb, just not aware how it look dumb.
The psycho who can't see empathy is probably an asperger so deep in his own #######4 that it easier to think he psycho than be hurt, just like a narc. Or just a dumb narc believing they know anything about psychopathy..
My tought on psychopathy.
