Undertanding Social Interactions

I've just been recently diagnosed with Psychopathy, and I have a question.

Assuming most of you guys are psychopaths, you have the ability to read and manipulate people, but for me, I am very supperficial with my ability to read a person's true meanings behind their words.

So my question is how do you read poeple, what do you look for.
I can read facial expressions fine, I can understand tone, but I can't read between the lines. So teach me what means what if you don't mind.

I'm not a psychopath but I thought reading people and gathering information to use against and manipulate people is what comes natural to a psychopath.

Do you mean you can't tell when some is lying?
